Eric graduated from Western Sydney University, Australia with a Bachelor of Business Administration. In 2002, he joined Freedom 55 Financial and in 2014, he incorporated as Sigouin Financial Group Inc. Eric specializes in retirement income and estate planning, helping clients plan and increase their retirement assets. His dedication to helping clients accumulate wealth, reduce taxes and create effective succession plans has earned him many long-standing relationships with happy customers.
Eric enjoys working with business owners to develop collective retirement solutions and benefits for their employees.
When he’s not in the office, Eric, his wife, Lianne, and their two boys spend time at the lake where they enjoy camping, fishing and the outdoors. In the winter, you'll find Eric at the local skating rink teaching skating basics to kids and also having fun on his hockey team.
Marie-Hélène Lanoix-Verreault joined Freedom 55 Financial in 2016. With six years of experience in a financial institution, she has in-depth knowledge of the many aspects of financial planning.
She excels at working with new employees and helping young families develop solid but flexible financial plans that evolve according to their needs and goals. She also enjoys designing retirement plans and facilitating succession plans. Marie-Hélène is passionate about accompanying clients on their journey, and that’s what motivates her to always keep abreast of new developments in the world of financial planning.
Marie-Hélène graduated with distinction from Collège Boréal in Business Administration - Administrative Assistant in 2007. She completed her life insurance certification when she joined Freedom 55 Financial and she has been a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) since August 2019.
Marie-Hélène lives in the suburbs of Hearst, Ont. with her husband and her son. She demonstrates her commitment to her community by engaging with various organizations. She’s a great outdoor amateur and loves animals of all kinds.
Emma joined Sigouin Financial Group Inc as an Administrative Coordinator in November of 2023. She is currently enrolled in the Life Licensing Qualification Program and Canadian Investment Funds Course and is set to take both exams prior to the end of this year.
Emma moved to Hearst in July of 2022. She quickly became involved in the community by helping plan and organize the town's 100th anniversary. She also had the opportunity to travel to Toronto, ON and Michigan, US to represent the town at multiple snowmobile shows.
Emma is passionate about all things outdoors and can often be found exploring our beautiful region with her husband Jesse and dog Ren.
